Dispatch & Service Operations Administrator
CurrentResponding to customer inquiries related with medical instruments reparations. Dealing with the service requests in Service Max, handling engineers schedule, engineers dispatch, order processing in relevant customer service systems which includes orders entry, maintenance, update, status progress review, ensure data accurancy. Instrument ordering, coordination, planning, and data management. Regular reporting to Technical Service and Commercial Team stakeholders during forecast calls. Collaborate with vendors and internal personnel to achieve desired results. Coordinate with field teams to proactively avoid alerts/alarms. Provides ad-hoc support to internal and external stakeholders and collaborate to ensure service, documentation and procedures are updated and compliant. Utilize systems to monitor and take action to non-compliant Cases / Work Orders or other. Set-up and manage users. Maintaining a customer and asset database, and ensuring computer records system accurancy. Develop and update process documentation. Training mentoring and coaching new and less experiences employees. Responding to customers needs rapidly. (market Scotland & Irland & England)
