Coordinate the storage, inbound and outbound movement of platforms in four warehouse facilities overseeing the inspection and repair of platforms ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Motivate and mentor an Assistant Plant Manager, a leadership team of 8 which includes facility and office managers along with 100+ production associates. I instill a culture of continuous improvement through team work, innovative thought processes, and open communication at all levels within the entire operation.• Realigned the leadership team, defining roles, responsibilities, and developing a team culture, resulting in an efficient and cost effective operation. • Managed the Plant P&L reducing total annual expenses by 4.63% or $260,000. Reduced cost per pallet shipped by 6.6% or $.12 per pallet equating to a $377,415 annual savings.• Enhanced training programs and implemented a cross training program resulting in increasing the retention rate by 15% and reducing labor expense while growing the business by 2.03%. • Refined and restructured work flow processes increasing production efficiencies.
