Current• Create and implement tailored pricing strategies for group benefits products, including Dental, Disability, HS&SA, Life, and Voluntary Benefits insurance, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends. • Analyze current and prospective client cases by assessing demographic attributes and historical claims behavior thus enabling informed decision-making and risk assessment. • Lead calls with account executives on innovative rating approaches that balance profitability and competitive positioning in order to drive strategic growth and enhance client satisfaction. • Operate and innovate pricing tools in Microsoft Excel to streamline data analysis, reveal in-depth insights into group data, and produce strategic results on a daily basis. • Ensure timely and accurate updates of multiple reporting databases from Salesforce, Microsoft Access, and custom internal systems, maintaining data integrity and promoting quick and thorough understandings of data sets.
