Responsibilities• Define and lead Elizabeth Arden brand strategy in the UK, across skincare, colour and fragrance.• Build marketing budgets and plans, and lead ‘go to market’ execution and evaluation.• Collaborate with Global Marketing teams, forming launch strategy and providing market feedback.• Lead key presentations to retailers and journalists, through Strategy Meetings and Press Events.• Lead the Visual Merchandising team, creating and implementing the permanent counter builds.• Lead the digital strategy across media, social and brand ecommerce site.• Member of Management Team, reporting to General Manager.
