As the Unit Manager IT Production at Sibelga, I am responsible for developing and executing strategies, structuring, and managing the daily operations of the IT Production unit. My role includes leading and motivating 3 teams of in total 60 resources (internal & external), managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets, and optimizing processes and performance.I work closely with the Corporate Architecture and Information Security teams to ensure Sibelga's operational efficiency, strategic IT objectives, and IT security. My responsibilities include:- Implementation and Management of Infrastructure Solutions: Designing, implementing, and managing IT and OT infrastructure solutions to ensure a robust and scalable infrastructure.- Ensuring Availability, Continuity, and Network Management: Monitoring and optimizing the performance of systems and applications, managing LAN/WAN networks, and implementing backup and recovery procedures.- Financial Management, Budget Management, and Personnel Management: Managing budgets for CAPEX and OPEX, including the purchase and management of licenses for server and end-user software.- Operational Management of Infrastructure and Business Applications: Managing physical and virtual IT & OT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and cloud solutions.- Modern Workplace: Defining IT equipment per persona, setting up digital meeting rooms, document management, and collaboration systems.- Collaboration, Coordination, and Innovation: Collaborating with other departments and external partners to integrate and optimize IT and OT solutions.- Defining, Executing, and Supporting the Information and Technology Roadmap: Working with relevant teams to define and execute the information and technology roadmap.- Management of Release and Deployment Processes: Preparing and coordinating release windows and patching, and executing the release and deployment process.
