My role was to build and maintain further great relationships across the UK with a strong focus on clients and candidates in the Midlands, through both Business and Account Development.I managed 3 recruiters delivering permanent recruitment solutions across the UK, and remained very hands on with client delivery and engagement.I developed and created relationships with Blue Chip organisations on an exclusive basis across IT, Technology and Business Change across both permanent and contract. I also on-boarded and managed our largest account.

IT Recruitment role focused on the on-boarding of regional clients and engaging in exclusive relationships with well known UK wide brands through business development.Management of larger accounts to ensure we acted as a trusted advisers across all core IT areas, including Architecture, Projects & Programmes, Infrastructure and Data. This included the delivery of leadership appointments. Developed 2 accounts which generated over £300k within an 18 month period. Also completed my level 3 Diploma in Recruitment Solutions and level 3 Diploma in Sales Solutions.
