Tom Derrett joined the Winnipeg office of Colliers International in 2008 where he has since specialized in industrial and "flex space" sales and leasing along with land sales and development. Tom's previous experience with a global packaged goods company allowed him to work in multiple markets across Canada gaining an extensive knowledge of the consultative selling process. Tom looks forward to creating value with his clients by meeting their immediate real estate needs and relies on his knowledge of the marketplace, his business experience, professionalism, and intense dedication to set him apart in the industry. Tom assists industrial users and businesses with their facility requirements identifying optimal cost effective locations, structuring transactions and real estate planning that compliment their business objectives. Tom and his industrial team have completed over 15 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions along with over 500 hundred acres of land since 2008.
