I am the sole owner of this facility that serves Topeka and surrounding communities. The hospital offers adults aged 50 and older psychiatric and diagnostic evaluation and treatment services in its 24-bed inpatient program. The program provides a therapeutic, structured environment that encourages and motivates patients to interact with others that may be experiencing similar challenges, helping to validate their thoughts and feelings while coping with life changes in a safe setting.

As the Owner of this property management company, I directed managers of more than 700 single amd multifamily residential units located across mid-Missouri. My responsibilities encompassed marketing, leasing, applicant screening, showings, rent ready services, maintenance, management of tenant needs, rent collection, lease enforcement, owner reporting, and trust accounting.

As President of this single and multi-family home builder and land development firm, I guided the firm in producing 425 private residences, 350 apartment and condominium units, commercial office space, and warehouses. The residential work ranged from started tract homes to $1.5 million custom homes. In 2003, Breakthrough Construction was the recipient of the Small Business of the Year Award from the City of Columbia Chamber of Commerce.

Initially employed as an estimator and purchaser, I advanced to the position of Project Manager. I ultimately managed the construction of of more than 8,000 apartment and nursing home residential units.
