I am a strategically minded and outcome driven senior executive leader with a very successful track record in developing and implementing key business imperatives resulting in producing excellent top and bottom line growth.Commercially astute with a broad skill-set enhanced through working with one of the world’s most innovative companies and the leading provider of Door Opening Solutions (ASSA ABLOY).An earlier period of my career included a successful period in England with the company 'Security Products UK' in specifically New Product Development and Marketing roles created new long-term sustainable key initiatives that delivered new channel and product opportunities. Returning to Australia as General Manager - Sales and Marketing, I was responsible for the repositioning of the Lockwood brand through innovative strategic marketing and collaborative partnerships. The successful partnership with the Australian Institute of Architects is one example while driving the positive integration of a national specification sales structure with a total product offering was another area of focus. Appointed General Manager ASSA ABLOY Australia (Lockwood) in October 2007, my ongoing focus was to build on ASSA ABLOY’s reputation as a leading supplier and manufacturer of quality door and window security hardware while increasing ‘customer relevance’ and becoming an employer of choice.After a period running my own Management Consulting business in 2015/2016 I moved back into the building products industry as the Executive General Manager for the Atkar Group. Following this succesful and rewarding period I have moved back into the Architectural Hardware industry as the Chief Operating Officer for Access Hardware.I am a Past President of the Australian Architectural Hardware Industry Association and have more than 25 years’ experience within the building products industry.
