I am currently a member of the executive team at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College. As Deputy Principal, Curriculum and Innovation I am accountable for the full breadth of Curriculum at the College alongside having strategic oversight of quality, student experience and student support.I am extremely proud to work at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College and contribute toward delivering our mission; to achieve success through learning. We are proud to be recognised as OFSTED grade 2 and continue to work with all of our stake holders to be recognised as a high-quality training institution for our students and a great learning partner for individuals and businesses. A member of the Senior Leadership team, I reported directly to the Principal and was accountable for the strategic leadership of the College's Curriculum provision. This included accountability for the full breadth of curriculum from pre Entry level to Higher Education across all Faculties. I played a key role in the recent merger to become Nottingham College, which is one of the largest Colleges in the UK, serving over 35000 learners with an annual turnover of approximately £80M. The College maintained 16-18 results during and since the merger and continues to reform its offer to meet the changing needs of students and employers.I played a key strategic role in the development of the £58M 'City Hub', and development and improvement of our retained estate to provide aspirational learning environments for all Nottingham students.

I played a key role in the recent merger to become Nottingham College, which is one of the largest Colleges in the UK.Since merging the curriculum areas of the College where fully restructured under my leadership to ensure they remained financially sustainable with high levels of contribution, whilst remaining focused on the quality of teaching, learning and continuing to improve outcomes for students as a single organisation with a new Curriculum vision.

A member of the Senior Leadership team with responsibly for the strategic leadership of the Colleges Curriculum provision.During my time leading Curriculum provision at NCN the organisation achieved considerable improvements in quality and outcomes for learners in all areas moving the College from a grade 3 position to achieving an OFSTED Grade 2 under the current inspection framework.

A member of the College's Senior Leadership team responsible for the strategic oversight of the largest curriculum provision in the College alongside the role of Campus Director for the College City Campus's.Whilst in post there where sustained improvements in success, moving from an average of 78% success on main qualifications per Academy (2011/12) to in excess of 90% success on main qualifications (2014/15). The area underwent a major rationalisation of structure, reducing the number of Academies from three to two and, in conjunction with changes to curriculum delivery (Programme of Study), achieved in considerable curriculum savings over a two year period whilst delivering excellent quality teaching, learning and assessment to circa 1500 full time students.I forged stronger links across the City and nationally positioning the college as a key educational provider from creative courses, including being one of only nine colleges in the UK who have a progression accord with University of the Arts London.

A member of the College's leadership and management team, I was responsible for one of the largest and most success Academies in the College. The Media provision comprised of a range of programmes from level 1 to degree and success rates remained above national benchmarks across the board.During my time I introduced numerous new programmes and initiatives which had a sustained positive impact on the College's overall performance.
