I leverage the expertise within my teams to offer top-tier advice to both internal and external clients on program delivery, systems operations, and infrastructure projects. My role includes providing leadership and customer service in event production, creatively resolving scheduling and resource challenges, and aligning client needs with ACMI's creative and business goals. I manage the teams approvals, reporting, and the commercial venue hire business, collaborating with the Commercial Events Manager. Additionally, I handle financial management of the teams, including budget planning, forecasting, payroll, and capex/opex project management, while effectively communicating, negotiating, and problem-solving with all stakeholders to balance financial, operational, and reputational risks and rewards.

As AV Operations Manager my roles range from overseeing the project management of event Audio Visual rollout, designing and specifying audio, vision and lighting rollout for events, repairing and maintaining broken gear, maintaining the operational standards of the theatres and Audio Visual systems throughout the building, liaising with clients, artists and other stakeholders to execute and facilitate their artistic visions, advising and supporting visiting partners of the NGV in terms of their Audio Visual requirements, running the Friday Nights and other internal programs while maintaining the venue hire business.In my role, I lead and oversee the production of commercial events at the NGV, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient use of resources. I mainly focused resolving scheduling conflicts and aligning our services with the unique needs of our clients, all while supporting the broader objectives and financial viability of the NGV's commercial events division.I production manage all of the major internal events and programs including the NGV Annual Gala, Melbourne Art Book Fair, Friday Nights at the NGV, EXTRA Festival and Melbourne Design Week.

Tasked with the hands on technical management for the AV crews and production elements for the venue hire and events business for the NGV. As the AV Events Production Coordinator at the NGV I was responsible for "on the ground" support and structure for all AV requirements that major stakeholders need fulfilled. Further to this, I roster a team of over 20 Technicians for all internal and external events while providing briefing packages and preparing playback systems to suit.

In addition to this, I oversaw rigging plans and have fulfilled the role as Technical Director on various large-scale projects. During my time as an Audio Visual Technician I also worked with the Multimedia Installation team to facilitate and realise various media-based works alongside artists from around the globe.

I founded White Noise Children in 2011 to meet the demands of my freelancing work after completing my Masters in Production at RMIT University. The company itself was designed as a title banner for a group of artists, film makers, animators and photographers working together to form modular teams designed for the specifics of the project at hand. As a result we deliver polished audio visual content for corporate and creative clients at competitive cost. White Noise Children has seen considerable growth in it's first three years of operation, both in clientele and expertise, and during that time I have produced content for clients such as Victoria Racing Club, City of Melbourne, Vic Health, Flemington Racecourse, RMIT University, Monash University, FAST Festival, Next Wave, Short+Sweet Festival, Yamaha and Polyglot.I have also worked extensively in the live performance and music scene of Melbourne, producing live visuals and creative content for artists such as Laura Imbruglia, Immigrant Union, Twin Beasts (formerly known as The Toot Toot Toots), Jess Rebeiro and the Bone Collectors, Darwin Festival, Meredith Music Festival and The Harlots.I am currently producing and directing a documentary for the Victoria Racing Club pertaining to their current development of a new grandstand. The documentary itself is to be divided into both episodic web content and a detailed interactive documentary presentation which will be displayed in their on-site museum at the racecourse.Creating dynamic content is a true passion of mine and I pride myself on not only meeting clients expectations but actively surpassing them, telling their stories in fresh, creative ways.

As a freelance lighting and Technical Manager I have travelled the working for Clients and Festivals such as Meredith Music Festival, Darwin International Arts Festival, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Adelaide Fringe Festival, Melbourne Fringe Festival, Bristol Comedy Festival, Greenwich Comedy Festival, Boomtown, Falls Festival and others.

As a founding member of award-winning independent theater company Attic Erratic, I assistant directed and produced the debut show Christina in 2010. Since then I have been involved in majority of the other shows we have produced. I have a long involvement with theater and during my time with the company I have helmed responsibilities ranging from producer, lighting and stage design, stage manager, construction and publicity with a particular passion, in tandem with White Noise Children, of integrating A/V content into live space in inventive ways that reinforce the performance.
