Spearheaded a business plan for the wholesale division to increase production by offering contract processing for brokers and affinity partners. Authored the operational plan including policies and procedures. Initiated the opening of 9 regional processing centers in 8 states within 6 weeks. Identified a need for a major change in Countrywide's AUS "Clues Online". Established systems integration to transform existing application software for needed processing and reporting.

Orchestrated the opening of this wholesale mortgage banking subsidiary of Inter-Mountain Mortgage. Provided administrative guidance and direction for wholesale production, underwriting, funding and delivery, which substantially increased production, operating efficiency and company profitability.

MortgageNet was totally automated with state of the art systems that companies 10 times the size had not even contemplated. At the peak handled 981 loans in process with a staff of only 8.
