Reporting to the Chief Executive, with responsibility for Development Management of Manchester City Council's £240m Aviva Studios project - an experimental, technologically advanced ultra-flexible performing arts venue, and the largest purpose-built arts venue of its kind in the world, designed to enhance the UK’s cultural reputation and output. Opened in 2023, Aviva Studios is the new permanent home of Factory International, and the first major public building in the UK designed by the internationally renowned architects OMA, led by Rem Koolhaas, working with the engineers Buro Happold, the Project Manager and Cost Manager Gardiner and Theobald, and the contractor Laing O'Rourke.It is a central part of the vibrant new St. John's neighbourhood developed by Allied London, in partnership with Manchester City Council, on the site of the former Granada TV Studios.

Reporting to the Operations Director and Executive Group, with responsibility for the delivery of a major capital project, the £115m new Main Stand, completed in 2016.Funded by the Fenway Sports Group, the all-seater stand, designed by architects KSS, is one of the largest in football, taking the capacity at Anfield over 54,000 and increasing matchday revenues by over £12m in its first year alone. Other projects included the new £6m flagship retail store at Anfield, accessible stadia improvements, the fit-out of two city-centre retail outlets, and the refurbishment of Melwood, the club's main training facility until 2020.

Executive and Board-level responsibility for the delivery of the £125m Queen's Docks 2 development programme, the centrepiece of which was The OVO Hydro Arena, completed in 2013, and contributing over £1.5bn to Glasgow's economy since opening.In 2023, The OVO Hydro Arena was named the No.1 European Arena by PollStar and No.1 on Billboard's Top Grossing Venues (capacity 10,000-15,000). Designed by Sir Norman Foster + Partners and Arup, and constructed by Lend Lease, with AEG providing partnership consultancy, The Hydro hosted events including the MTV Europe Music Awards, Beyoncé, Prince, Cirque du Soleil, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, BBC Sports Personality of the Year and the Ryder Cup opening concert in 2014; as well as several sports at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Other completed capital projects across the SEC estate included a multi-storey car park and new city heliport; with hotel, office, infrastructure and residential development parcels in the pipeline.
