About Tom Durocher, Cfp®
I joined Merrill at the Ann Arbor, MI, branch in 2012 while taking night classes at Eastern Michigan University. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Business Finance I started my work as a Financial Advisor. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, I focus on wealth management and retirement strategies for affluent individuals, families, and businesses. I'm currently a partner in The AD Group with fellow advisor, Kevin Ackroyd, who brings over two decades of experience to our practice. Clients benefit from our experience, passion and solution focused thinking to help achieve optimal results. We combine these elements and resources with our clients' outside advisors (i.e. CPA, Attorney etc.) to help provide a successful outcome. Our Focus: • Retirement Planning & Income Strategies • Investment Management • Cash Management • Wealth Transfer & Charitable Giving What I do outside of serving clients • I am a lifetime Michigan resident and currently live in Ann Arbor with my wife Kathryn. We love camping, hiking and we are currently trying to visit all of America's national parks. • I love golfing, hunting, racquetball and learning about the latest technology.
