I have over 33+ years of experience installing, design, monitoring, testing and trouble shooting live voice and data networks. I have built from the ground up, telecom and Data networks, a NOC, (network operations control center), which includes Monitoring various types of Voice/Data switches and routers, Nortel, Cisco, Tellabs, DACS, Wireless, Multiplexers, PBX’s and related equipment. I would then go to the TELLABS 5500/532 DACS and map the T-1’s to the correct DS-3, either to our Switch or to the local Telco. Also responsible for hard wiring and turn-up of the SS7 links to the network.
