I am currently managing an IT Engineering team that delivers solutions pertaining to end user devices. Solutions include SCCM and Intune for Windows PC's, VmWare Workspace One and Intune for Mobile devices, Virtual apps and desktops delivered via Citrix and Azure VDI. The Engineering team follows Agile methodologies including Scrum, Lean, DevOps, etc. to deliver solutions and features quickly. Other skills include technical writing in creating, approving and maintaining technical and managed documentation following the Plan, say, do, act cycle. Led the team in creating and maintaining documentation as well.My passed experiences included managing IT teams that integrated medical devices into the electronic medical record (i.e. Cerner). Also managed IT teams supporting a Citrix virtual app environment and mobile device management.Prior to moving into IT Management in 2014, I worked as an AAMI Certified Biomedical Equipment technician and field service engineer starting in 1990. I also focused on application support and computer systems which gave me a strong background in IT systems including both Windows and Linux servers, networking and desktops including Windows and Mac.As a hobby I enjoy building and running web servers, website development and design. I focus on fullstack web development and am able to build my own server and host my own websites. I utilize the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache or Nginx, MySQL or MariaDB, and PHP) and build websites with Wordpress.
