Working primarily with Fusions' u9 Academy teams for the last five years, I'm passionate about developing athletes both on the field and off. My role currently involves coaching two teams throughout the year, training most of the club's u9 and u10 teams on a weekly basis through the winter, and assisting with Fusion's Development Program for u7 and u8 players. After a year with me as a coach, players will have developed an excitement to learn about the game, increased technical ability and work rate, and maintain a level of sportsmanship unmatched in the Twin Cities.

After taking over a portion of the marketing role, I added new ILS partners and negotiated contracts to improve our overall traffic to the property by about 42%, while expenses only increased by 26%. To track the improved marketing strategy, I created a new report that is now sent every Monday afternoon to other decision-makers at Elevate and discussed every Tuesday with the president.Managed maintenance and make-ready expenses, from budgeting to order approvals. Discovered inefficiencies with apartment painting setup and negotiated pricing to reduce annual paint expenses by 17%. Lead an initiative to overhaul Elevate's CRM, which increased the total number of recorded shows by 55%. The platform also added functionality to allow texting with prospects and self-scheduling tours, improving the leasing cycle for prospects and leasing staff.

As a summer intern, I experienced all aspects of property management, being trained as a leasing agent to the regional manager role. Then, I was offered a part-time position within the Omaha portfolio, where I had engaged in training new employees, conducted file audits, completed projects to both reduce liability and increase net operating income, and assist the regional manager with any decisions, all while selling apartments.

I was given the opportunity to tutor various student athletes in a variety of subjects, including accounting, philosophy, and upper level finance courses. This is provided me time to review material from my time at Creighton, and see material from classes I have not taken. My greatest experience while tutoring involves me becoming a regular tutor for an MBA class.

Over the summer of 2016, I partnered with my landlord to run a small Airbnb business out of our house while I worked in Omaha. Duties were split between myself and my partner, but I handled all aspects of the job, ranging from acquiring and dealing with leads, setting prices, and arranging for cleaning and maintenance.
