I'm involved in European youth work for more than two decades now. It has been a professional development journey, starting from youth projects at a local organisation (2001-2004), through international volunteering in Ukraine (2005), till an expert role within a network of National Agencies of Erasmus+ and SALTO Resource Centres. My focus has been on contributing to the growth and empowerment of youth in the Eastern Europe and Caucasus region through my work with SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre. This role has allowed me to leverage my expertise and passion to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people and communities in the region.I have had the privilege of coordinating over a hundred of international trainings and seminars in the non-formal education sector for few thousand participants coming from Europe and its neighbourhood. Throughout this experience, I have actively facilitated captivating processes of intercultural exchange, fostering innovation and structural development across several generations of European youth programmes.My extensive experience in professional youth work has been complemented by my fervent interest in communication and information technologies, digital-based learning, computer graphics, and a proactive approach to exploring and embracing digital trends.Furthermore, my enduring passion for intercultural cooperation and community development, nurtured since my youth and further cultivated through studies of sociology and cultural anthropology at one of the Poland's best university of Nicolaus Copernicus in Toruń (1999-2004), remains steadfast. This academic journey empowered by extensive years of practice, not only enriched my understanding but also provided me with invaluable insights and methodologies to actively contribute to fostering cross-cultural understanding and sustainable community growth.
