Across a portfolio of projects worth £33m per year across 14 countries, I oversee monitoring and evaluation systems and building solutions in last mile settings to accelerate the elimination of neglected tropical diseases. In this role, I have developed systems to improve the implementation of epidemiological and entomological disease assessments, which has allowed us to scale from just one assessment in 2020 to almost 50 in 2022 and resulted in a $5m investment from the Gates Foundation in Nigeria. To improve the prioritisation of internal investment, I led the development of analysis and prioritisation tools to aid senior management to allocate £7m in 2023. I have support fundraising of over £20m in funding from a diverse range of donors, including GiveWell, Elma Foundation and McKenzie Scott.

Storimarket is an online marketplace where consumers and businesses can connect to, and buy food directly from, small and medium producers in Africa. The social platform allows customers to build trust with producers and know the story behind their food. We only sell products that are not available locally, therefore reducing the impact on the environment. Customers are able to buy quality food, which is not available locally, in a way that aligns with their values and generates social impact. Producers get a fair price, which allows them to produce their food in a way that protects the environment, ensures good labour practices and provides them with a sustainable livelihood.

Responsible for development and implementation of national social healthcare business consisting of over 200 staff in post-conflict context. Successes include: -• Increased impact by 26%, whilst reducing costs by 10%• Increased income from user fees by 50% in five months, contributing to an increase in total commercial income of 9% • Secured largest ever single grant from donor and increased grants from existing donors• Reduced fraud by introducing fleet management, computerising clinics and reviewing procurement• Introduced first marketing plan, including development of social marketing channel
