About Tom Endresplass

The past 20 years I've been working in the tech and business development field. Commencing with market research and business analyst roles then design tech solutions to motivate and focus people on what matters most. During my tenure at Maze I've held various positions including owning the Maze customer success programme. I am the senior product interface between external clients, our internal CST and sales team, and the development team. I've worked as a global key account manager for Specsavers, and managed projects with more than 100 international well known brands across in more than 10 countries. Since I started in Maze in 2011 I've been part of the Maze senior management group. My professional interests are technology and people customer success, change management, business analysis, and behavioural science. I believe in developing people for the sake of making them happy, more proud and more efficient.
