- Managed four Critical Systems and Project teams.- Responsible for all production equipment, calibration and validation processes; identification and implementation of new technologies to reduce process deviation / MDR's; and meeting output requirements while saving costs.- Led implementation process of non-destructible in-process control equipment for sterile products, resulting in annual cost savings of $1.2M.- Improved efficiency of vials filling line by 39% by redefining and testing production parameters.

- Managed staff of 40 line operators, led training and certification process for all production machinery and clean rooms for Sterile Production filling lines.- Reduced required overtime by 27% required to meet production goals by leading change in shift scheduling and staff allocation.- Successfully participated in audits with varying regulatory requirements, including US-FDA, EMEA, Japan and Brazil.- Partnered with Quality Assurance (QA) and Engineering Maintenance to ensure ongoing high quality of production campaigns.
