Leading a team of 50+ professionals globally to achieve Teva's treasury objectives in securing the company's capital and liquidity needs, debt management, finance expenses optimization and control (~$900 million P&L line item), foreign exchange risk management and cash flow monitoring, management and forecasting; Extensive debt and equity capital markets knowledge and expertise, working with all global top-tier banking groups and other boutique investment houses; Overseeing the execution of syndicated loans, public debt offerings in the U.S. and Europe, debt tender offers, open market repurchases and supply chain financing deals; Ownership of all rating agencies relationships and interactions; Deep understanding & thought leadership in treasury processes, technology and infrastructure. Acting as the Company’s Chief Risk Officer, heading an Enterprise Risk Management team in creating best-in-class methodologies and tools across all business units, overseeing cross-organizational mitigation plans and serving as a center of excellence for risk management in the company; On-going supervision by Teva's Executive Management, Audit Committee of the Board and Board of Directors. Managing the company's Global Insurance Group, a highly specialized and centralized unit on the corporate level overseeing all global and local insurance coverage and claims activity, with total budget of ~$90 million per annum. Board memberships at various corporate affiliates in Israel, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Bermuda.

The "right hand" executive to Teva's CEOs over the period, which included fast growth and expansion followed by substantial crisis management, restructuring and turnaround; Led company-wide processes and activities to shape the company's strategy and support its broad organizational transformations during these years; Acquired significant knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and general corporate strategy through deep involvement in commercial, operational, financial and R&D processes and decision-making at all levels; Played a pivotal role in several rounds of restructuring and cost optimization; Instrumental involvement in the company's extensive M&A activity; Coordinated all activities of Teva’s Executive Management and Board of Directors; Cultivated collaboration, accessibility and professionalism in the Office and throughout the company. Continued to manage Teva’s investor relations in Israel and took a significant part in the activities of the IR team globally.

Played a key role in Teva's short and long term FP&A processes, financial close and reporting, financing rounds, M&A activity and tax planning; Headed a multi-year transformation project to unify and streamline the operations and structure of the entire finance group from a decentralized to centralized organization; Led a broad cross-functional multi-year initiative to restructure and optimize Teva's entire cost base; Managed the Corporate Equity Plans and Enterprise Risk Management teams. Managed all of Teva’s investor relations activities with the Israeli capital market and took part in the global IR team activities, including extensive investor engagement and targeting, deal and non-deal roadshows, activism protection, conference and media representations, earnings preparations and on-going press release publications.

Established the company's global working processes and systems in managing its accounts receivable and accounts payable, achieving working capital benefits of $ hundreds of millions; set the foundations for the company's global cash flow monitoring & forecasting capabilities; structured a pan-European €500 million off-balance sheet receivables securitization deal

Developed and marketed securities & fund services to top-tier foreign financial institutions investing in Israel, and to Israeli financial institutions and top-tier companies investing abroad; Managed a stand-alone P&L line; Profound knowledge of Israeli and global capital markets; Led teams of operations, technology and product personnel to deliver world-class services and processes; Close relationship with the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, the Israel Securities Authority, and other regulators
