The principal objective of Personetics’ patent-pending solution was to improve web customer service by providing a high level of interaction between the web visitor and customer service agent. The core product was a server based on the Personetics architecture, which allowed users in different locations to tour the Internet simultaneously, with either user’s actions dictating the direction of both. Designed the product, strategically guided its direction, and managed the lifecycle from inception to release. Beta-tested the technology at Dell and Charles Schwab.
