Working with several start-up`s as well as larger companies, mostly in the crossroads of business, technology and innovation - it is truly exciting times.Technology knowledge, curiosity, creativity and business understanding is more valuable than ever. It is a dream to spend time in our industrialized and globalized world of technology and innovation. New opportunities and challenges rise every day, waiting to be challenged and solved. As technology innovations continues to speed up, many traditional human operations and customer interactions will be challenged and found obsolete. I choose to embrace change and to do my best to be a part of a fast changing and positive future. My experiences, skills and dedications are business design, business development, sales management and IT driven business optimization. 15 years in the fashion industry, 10 years in the enterprise software industry, 6 years as consultant and two years in industrial design. As one of two co-founders in Motegruppen ASA, I have been lucky enough to experience a journey from founding a company, to a financial exit when it was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. As Co-founder of Virtualworks - now changing name to Ayfie Group it looks promising for a number two in 2020.
