Over see all quality and safety issues for government projects. Perform estimating, review subcontractor bids, review and process submittals, coordinate subcontractor schedules, coordinate construction activity with base agencies. Ensure all subcontractors conform to project specifications and US Army Corp of Engineer standards. Perform quality control tests. Mr. Ewald is familiar with US Corp of Engineer QCS/RMS quality control software and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
