About Tom Ewers
I joined West Monroe as one of its first employees and have been an entrepreneur within the organization ever since, incubating offices and practices and bringing them to scale. In addition to helping grow our first offices in Chicago and Seattle, I founded the Minneapolis office in 2013 – now a multi-disciplinary team of more than 140 people that has earned recognition as a best workplace and is home to some of our firm’s deepest industry and digital resources.As the firm’s chief revenue officer, I lead our Revenue Growth team, which is responsible for increasing effectiveness across all revenue generating activities – including sales, account management, client delivery, and quality – ensuring alignment to further enable our clients in becoming digital businesses. We find it extremely rewarding to work with organizations that are among the best in the world at what they do – and to be able to help those organizations tackle some of their most complex challenges on the road to being digital. I enjoy mentoring and developing people and watching them grow into the next generation of leaders (NGL), which is core to West Monroe’s mission. This is a rewarding yet demanding career, but giving back to our people and communities is where we NGL comes to life and it’s what empowers our people to make a difference both for our clients and those that they can impact internally & externally along that journey.
