Especially for bulk buy-out of schemes to annuity providers, and meeting HMRC, Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) or Pension Protection Fund (PPF) requirements.Duties:• Data extraction and formatting• Data cleanses and reconciliations• Benefit audits and specification reports• Discharging money purchase liabilities• Bulk member exercises (payout or transfer of assets, communications)• Member tracing and existence checks• Mentoring and coaching• Trustee contact, HMRC contact, Statutory corporation (FAS/PPF) contactAchievements:• Production of a number of schemes’ member data for FAS and annuity providers, meeting their unique specifications• Completion of a number of exercises involving bulk member communications that have cleared a large proportion of liabilities, including from a prestigious and inaugural FAS applicable scheme• Audit (analysis and cleanse) of database containing details of member benefits within a scheme• Development of Excel based tools to accurately and efficiently aid data production to meet FAS specifications
