I was responsible for providing PreSales and Professional Services around the LANDesk Software suite of products. This required expert knowledge in the Desktop and Server Lifecycle such as Enpoint Security, Systems and Asset Management and Operating System Deployment. I managed the projects independently with little to no supervision. This position.

Worked as a Presales and Professional Services Engineer. Assisted in Discovery, Product Demonstrations, Proof of Concepts and Statements of Work in support of LANDesk Software products. Additionally, I worked as a Professional Services implementation engineer delivering on-site, handling some very large and challenging environments. Served as an adviser.

I support all facets of the sales cycle with sales, services delivery, training and follow-up support. I serve as a subject matter expert, trainer and mentor to many of my colleagues and clients. I am responsible for performing complex technical needs assessments and client discovery. I architect and document service offerings and support the Sales teams.

Pre-sales and Implementation of LANDesk Software products. I was responsible for implementing LANDesk in numerous environments of all sizes. While on assignment I worked with no supervision and managed the projects entirely.

I initially served as a LANDesk Consultant implementing LANDesk Solutions. Eventually I accepted a role as Director of Managed Services where I was responsible for scheduling and supervising other LANDesk Consultants.

Served as LANDesk Administrator responsible for managing 10k+ devices. I was initially involved with the Pilot team as we evaluated different products and assisted in the decision to select LANDesk Management Suite. After that I was tasked with managing LANDesk for Remote Control, Software Distribution and Patch Management.
