I enjoy working in and leading agile cross functional teams that aim to understand and break down key challenges from different perspectives including the human, technical or business perspective. With solid experience as a member and facilitator of teams that are invested with solving challenges of the every day product use cases my goals today focus on creating value through concept and strategic work. Having a curious and prototyping mindset together with an ability to lead multi disciplinary teams I am looking forward to develop myself in this direction.
