The founder of Summit Law, Tom Flickinger's legal practice is primarily focused on the areas of business transactions, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate law. Additionally, through others at the firm, Tom can serve as a resource in nearly all legal areas.Tom frequently presents on business and estate planning topics. He has authored articles on estate planning and taxation for the Michigan Business Law Journal, Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law, and Trusts & Trustees.During law school, Tom served as an extern for the Hon. Maura D.
