About Tom Fournier

As the CEO of MarketsConnection and the President and Founding Partner of Shade's Mills Group, I have extensive experience in leading, innovating, and consulting in the B2B sales space. I have a strong background in economics and a deep understanding of the Canadian cleaning and hygiene and industrial supply segments.My mission is to help B2B distributors and other businesses optimize their sales models and processes, increase their sales effectiveness, and adapt to the changing buying dynamics.
