My career continues to evolve building upon all my commercial experiences having been heavily engaged in UK and international Government relations and overseas development activity for the FCO, DfID and the MOD through the CSSF Framework. This activity meant supporting Sovereign nations in both post conflict stabilisation and maritime protection capability building. My role on the Executive Committee of SCEG (Security in Complex Environments Group) an ADS special interest group allowed me to support industries concerns and solutions into Government. Previously I had the privilege to be involved in the largest and highest profile UK security operation London 2012 Olympics, both in the construction phase as part of CLM and through the operational phase with LOCOG. The Olympics security operation has given me a rounded approach to both commercial program management and Government departments all working to a common goal in an operational and budgetary sense within time critical parameters.Whilst having spent time in the British Army I have also had quite a vast breath of commercial exposure, knowledge and experience in both Web Design/E-commerce and also online marketing. Cyber Security is one of the key areas I am working in to improve Maritime awareness, having seen the anti-piracy mission in Somalia as a critical service provider on the Floating Armouries.
