Instructor on the internationally acclaimed ICSC(L), which is recognised as part of Masters Degree courses with King’s College London and Henley Business School amongst others. Directly responsible for the professional development of a syndicate of up to fifteen newly-promoted Majors drawn from across the Army and Royal Marines. Also covered for the Learning and Development Advisor, re-designing current and designing new courses. Direct mentoring of in excess of 120 high potential individuals, lecturing to audiences in excess of 250 on leadership and international engagement, and designing courseware for delivery to over 650 high potential individuals per year.Key achievements include:- Designed and introduced a new three week multi-faceted module to the 6 month Regular Army staff course, the output of which returned significant amounts of staff capacity to Defence and was the top reviewed module by students across all courses in the last three years- Increased British Army Reserve Officer training by 50% and significantly improved course design - one officer described it as ‘the best CPD I have ever been on, military or civilian’ (LinkedIn). First course was delivered during C-19 pandemic, ran at 150% capacity and was the first at the academy to be designed and delivered for simultaneous residential and remote delivery- Acted as the Division’s Learning Development Advisor, bringing in a new Level 7 certification for the Regular course, and ensured the course’s accreditation for Anglia Ruskin University’s MBA - Executive coach and direct mentor to over 100 UK and international Regular and Reserve Majors (high potential leaders) on the Level 7 Masters-accredited Intermediate Staff Course over the three years
