• Taking inbound calls identifying technical issues incurred during Internet Banking, which involves using my IT knowledge to walk clients through performing Internet Browser resets and other technical activities on both Mac and Windows operating Systems.• Using internal database systems to troubleshoot problems and record client data.• Identifying sales and service opportunities whilst on calls to generate new and renewed business opportunities for the bank.• Working within a team environment to achieve team and individual targets, which involves participating in team meetings, planning sessions and running sales meetings within the team.

I am responsible for managing our Federal Government accounts in Canberra. In this role, I liase with clients from various departments, negotiate rates, contracts and KPI's. I am responsible for preparing and submitting tenders for evaluation to gain membership to Recruitment Panels, as well as preparing candidate applications.

As a Candidate Manager, I was responsible for sourcing candidates, generating leads and managing the Candidate side of the recruitment process. I worked in various markets for both Permanent and Contract positions primarily in Sydney. The markets I specialised in as a Candidate Manager were: Infrastructure, Project Managers/Business Analyst/Testers and Federal Government in Canberra.

This role was a Sales roles, specialising in New and Used vehicles. Selling everything from Small cars, through to Industrial 4WDs.This role entaled the full sales cycle, from meeting and greeting customers, negotiating the deal, ordering the vehicle if not in stock, making sure the car had it's pre-delivery inspection and was detailed before being delivered to the customer.

This role began with me working as a Christmas Casual, and developed into a permanent position after I left school. This role involved receiving stock, merchandising, store window displays, serving customers, selling goods, giving technical advice.Whilst at Dick Smith I complete the instore Managers Training program, which taught me about the day to day running of the store, doing rosters, money handling, and OH & S procedures.
