Since joining Headspace as an intern in 2012 I've played a role in scaling their culture and establishing teams in both the UK and the US. In 2013, I relocated from London to LA alongside the two Headspace co-founders.At Headspace I've helped define and expand our culture, learning and development (L&D) initiatives, and HR strategies. In 2018, I founded the team dedicated to developing training programs for our enterprise employees and leaders.
