About Tom Gendron

I have been developing integrated hardware and software solutions for 30+ years. My undergraduate degree is from UCF, B.S. Computer Engineering. I worked my way through under grad converting small businesses to PC based accounting system. That's what started me on the road to my later obtaining an MBA from the University of Phoenix.For the last 12 years I have focused on enterprise wide application integration between criminal justice and law enforcement agencies. This has required me to learn a lot about Advanced Enterprise Service bus, IBM MQ and Message Broker, Cloverleaf and SOA. The heart of our infrastructure is an Advanced ESB, we normalize to MQ on highly available power7+ UNIX servers. Before that I founded AutoMon.com. It is a probation Kiosk company. It still lives, 15+ years old. The VC money came with non-tech managers and they continue to run the company. My first serious job, age 15-23, was with Voss Manufacturing in Sanborn, NY. That was great. Founded its computer department, worked out on the floor some, got involved in PLC and SBC robotic process controls. Introduced very early to EDI.
