The Youth Ethics Series (YES) workshops are designed to help teaching professionals gain the background needed to teach a state-required ethics component in their classrooms.The YES workshops are the first of their kind in Colorado, and are offered by Colorado Humanities (the Colorado chapter of the National Endowment for the Humanities.)Those who complete the one-day seminar and its requirements obtain one semester hour of graduate-level Continuing Education credit.The original curriculum was written by two philosophy professors at the University of Northern Colorado. My teaching at CCU was in the areas of biblical studies, history, humanities, Christian leadership, philosophy and theology. In addition to teaching my responsibilities have included partly developing courses and preparing them for the classroom.
