Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions is one of the UK's largest providers of fleet management, consultation and operating solutions.The role comprised of account management for several large, high profile, strategic customers providing daily operational support, as well as monthly and quarterly reviews to track mid and long-term objectives. I was also responsible for management and development of a seven person team to resolve issues and fulfil client’s contractual service levels, whilst providing an excellent and consistent customer experience. This involved frequent interaction with C-level and senior management customers and colleagues, providing analysis and recommendations to aid customer strategy and control spend whilst maximising new opportunities.

Provided a high standard of customer service to drivers as part of the Service Delivery team. The role included telephone and email support, vehicle ordering, reporting and invoicing, and other administrative tasks. Frequent use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM software.
