My tenant-buyers are actively seeking home ownership, and need a smaller down payment than a lender might require to get the process started.

I started a Lease-To-Own Real Estate company to help home owners who may have experienced problems trying to sell their property through traditional methods. I provide a creative alternative that satisfies particular specific needs for both the seller and the tenant-buyer with a fresh and different perspective. I consult the seller how they can gain 20% more than traditional realtor marketing methods. My Lease-To-Own system benefits the tenant-buyer by allowing them to qualify to move into a home they would be happy to own, with a small consideration fee of only 5% of the asking price. My approach provides a win-win for both the seller and potential tenant-buyer.
