Following a successful period as lead designer on the Microsoft Lumia account at J. Walter Thompson I was then promoted to the role of Creative Team Leader at Hogarth Worldwide’s head office in London. I led a growing team of designers, artworkers and copywriters working on a range of high-profile accounts. I oversaw creative output, inspiring and mentoring the team along with the more traditional managerial responsibilities for personnel issues, processes and resourcing.
