As a collaborator at Mischief I use my experience to bring teams, departments & leadership teams together through experience design and facilitation. I love the team at mischief and see it as a great opportunity to explore the client side of work, and taking some of my experiences back to my day-job at WeTransfer. We've facilitated at companies such as Miro, Spotify & Techleap; showing them that serious work doesn't need to be serious.

At WeTransfer I have the privilege to help teams across the company deal with sticky challenges that come when humans work together.I do this by taking what I've learned in my years in the Agile space and applying the best parts to the broader lens of collaboration, team dynamics and planning for the future. Day to day that means facilitating work sessions of all types and sizes, coaching teams to react to change and adversity with authenticity, and organizing (and hosting, I'm a sucker for a microphone) company wide rituals that reinforce the strategic direction of WeTransfer & the awesome products that we build.I love the following things with equal severity: Liberating Structures, the sound of 30 professionals chattering passionately, leaning back and letting teams solve their own problems, Retrospectives, not taking myself very seriously, crafting offsite agendas, OKRs, product demos that kick ass, digital whiteboards, real life whiteboards, working with people that are amazing at their jobs, diversity in the workplace, seeing what makes someone sparkle.

At WeTransfer I spend my days helping a group of great engineers, PM's and designers be a little more successful.I like to find out how people tick; partly because its my job but mostly because I cannot help myself. In general I get a real kick out of facilitating towards a solution and I love getting my hands on the agenda of a longer session to make it stick and enjoyable. I have all sorts of certifications and have read lots of books about agile but the answer to most questions is usually: It depends.

Coaching an engineering department of 30; I try to make myself and our teams more efficient through agile.When I'm not trying to find the perfect whiteboard marker/post-it combo, I:- Continuously improve & innovate on Agile practises (although that sounds much less messy than it is).- Assist PO's with roadmap prioritisation.- Facilitate communication between teams with regular scrum of scrums.- Work on company wide agility through shaping a maturity model, reporting and communicating on progress and challenges.- Try to learn as much from those I work with, which is the best part.

Supporting a software development team of 25; I spend my days helping people be more successful at what they do best.I also:- Coach agile/scrum practices within the company.- Continuously improve & innovate on Scrum ceremonies- Assist PO's with backlog refinement & sprint preparations- Facilitate communication between teams- Prefer coffee over tea

After coming into the company as part of a Growth Hacking team, I was given the opportunity to join Usabilla full time.I work on:- Establishing a conversion rate optimization strategy, - Increasing lead generation through Growth Hacking,- Creating a more data focused Usabilla trough BI and metrics based ROI.

At Usabilla I look spend my days looking trough Google Analytics & Hubspot. Based on data I run experiments to locate where to optimize growth. I work with Facebook, Adwords, Twitter and Linked In, ads; but I always prioritize new ways to hack results!

Growth Tribe is a collective of growth hackers, lean marketers, data scientists and traction experts. For three Months I was part of a kick-ass three man team working creating growth at Usabilla, helped with promoting the Growth Tribe and their products and got to attend 10 weeks worth of workshops teaching me everything from Segment.io, Javascript, Google Analytics to copywriting and the Lean methodology.

In the Amsterdam based Coolblue store I sold everything, from kitchen knives to beamers. Its a great way for me to connect to people and learn about effective communication. A transaction can take up to 40 minutes, so there is a lot to discover about the desires of a customer and where I can steer the sale. I try to have fun and be honest because that way both me and prospect have the best experience.It was also very close to my university which was certainly not a disadvantage!

At P60 I have a lot of roles, I take tare of the artists when they play our venue, help out with marketing campaigns and occasionally I show off my beer tending skills at the P60 cafe.
