Designed and facilitate the Learning Needs Analysis course in OISE's Workplace Learning and Development Program.

I led the learning consulting and custom program development group at Global Knowledge Canada. This included organizational learning strategy, needs assessment and competency modelling, learning architecture design, custom digital learning, instructor-led and blended learning solutions across a broad range of industry sectors. Our work also included custom tailoring existing leadership and personal effectiveness programs to meet unique customer needs.

I led the e-Learning practice at Klick (Klick Learning Solutions), Responsibilities included business strategy, instructional design team leadership, production and implementation activities for e-learning and knowledge management solutions. I also served as executive consultant for e-learning consulting and strategy projects.

Directed the consulting division of Provinent Corporation, a custom e-learning and learning consulting company. Responsibilities included strategy development, business development, client management, team leadership, senior consulting and membership on the Provinent executive team. Services included learning strategy and planning support, learning architecture design, measurement and evaluation, knowledge management and performance consulting.

Responsible for business development, proposal development, market visibility, project delivery, senior level consulting and project executive relationships for Human Capital and Learning Service Offerings. I led customer engagements in e-learning strategy, competency management, content development and e-learning infrastructure development.

Established and guided the implementation of $multi-million applied research centre for the use of learning technologies in training and education. Brought the centre to financial self-sufficiency and directed applied research projects in the use of learning technologies in business and education settings.

North America

As Education Manager in Canada, conducted needs assessment, program design, effectiveness evaluation, and partner management for training in the Canadian region. Designed and managed a technology based learning centre. Designed an award winning business process improvement program that was adopted across the worldwide organization. As Senior Education Consultant for Hewlett Packard Americas Education, responsibilities included internal training and performance consulting across the Americas organization. Specialty areas included team facilitation, process management and technology training.
