I first joined DLL in 1998, and soon joined the team working at Philips Medical Capital where I stayed for more than two decades managing the life cycle of fleets of equipment within the healthcare sector. I worked closely with the end-users’ internal teams overseeing the details of their legal contracts, and ensuring they were fit for purpose. I acted to negotiate new contracts on behalf of the hospitals when new technology became available and existing equipment became obsolete. An exciting part of my role was being part of the Circle Economy, which involved re-home old equipment in remote or rural locations in other countries.
