This role involves managing projects and clients within a full-service marketing agency. Projects include website design, development & maintenance, app development, marketing automations, customer management through HubSpot, SEO optimisation and more. In addition to this I work in client services, executing both above the line and below the line media strategies. In early 2022 I started my clothing brand “Land of the Unknown” as passion project during university.So far the business has given me exposure to numerous facets of running a business , including supplier relations, inventory management, brand strategy and development, graphic design, social media management, website management, and more.Having sold 200+ products Australia-wide, I have already led various brand collaborations with local artists, charities and businesses.Check out the brand at: https://landoftheunknown.com.au

I transitioned from a casual position in stock replenishment to a part-time role in commercial. I coordinated invoicing, deliveries, hiring services, and fulfilled customer service through a sales role on the retail floor. I was also tasked the responsibility of training new employees. During this time, I received numerous recognition awards, including safety team member of the month.

During this 2-year period before moving into a part time role I worked as a casual team member in the loading dock of Bunnings Kirrawee 3-4 times per week. In this role I ensured stock was fulfilled properly across the store, stock loss was minimized, and forklift spotting duties were carried out safely. During this time, I received numerous recognition awards including stock loss prevention team member of the month.
