Lead a local cross-functional team to resolve technical issues affecting U.S. National-level GPS issues while working collaboratively with the central GPS office. Defined the U.S. Marine Corps position in resolving GPS policy issues affecting nearly 100 systems that used embedded GPS technology for geo-location and/or timing information.

Managed 10-person team during two national level interoperability tests. Team recognized for excellence. Directed the modeling of the test environment to reflect real world tactical command structures involving elements of aviation, ground, and naval forces for U.S Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Special Forces. Led the creation and implementation of a Marine Corps-wide policy to provide readiness testing for units deploying for global operations.

Led the procurement, installation, training, and management of the Iraqi first responders (police, fire, and rescue) radio communication network for over 200,000 personnel.Worked collaboratively with the U.S. State Department and Department of Defense in support of Iraqi government stability efforts. Drafted statement of work and technically evaluated solicitations for $75M radio equipment procurement contract. Deployed over 120,000 radio systems and managed national level frequency allocation and planning for the Iraqi Police force.
