Tom Hager currently serves as a Vice President for Altera Digital Health a leading health information technology company with 4,500 employees and revenues of over 1 billion. Altera delivers an integrated platform of solutions to facilitate enhanced collaboration and exchange of critical patient information. Prior to joining Altera-Harris Tom held multiple leadership positions at Allscripts.Tom led the Allscripts Home Care EHR sales team in 2009 and 2010. In 2011, Tom managed Allscripts Segment Sales as the AVP in the East Region. Tom’s responsibilities included sales oversight and leadership with Allscripts Care Management, Referral Management, Home Care, EPSI and Patient Flow.In 2014, Tom moved to the Central Region as the Area Vice President with responsibilities over Allscripts key Sunrise and TouchWorks EHR business in the Midwest. In mid-2015, his responsibilities expanded to include key clients in Allscripts West Region.In 2018 Tom was promoted to Vice President and led a team of 20 plus sales professionals in Allscripts Hospitals and Health Systems group.Prior to joining Allscripts, Tom served as a Vice President for Extended Care Information Network (ECIN). ECIN automated the discharge planning process for hospitals and post-acute care providers. Tom was with ECIN from 2000 through 2007 before ECIN was acquired by Allscripts in 2008. Tom was one of the principal members of ECIN and was a key player in taking ECIN nationwide. Tom brings extensive experience in working with health systems large and small and he has a great deal of knowledge in the post-acute continuum of care.Prior to joining ECIN, Tom worked with CCC Information Services where he held positions from Account Executive to Vice President of Field Sales.
