Channel Sales Manager
Current- Establish and execute appropriate strategies to leverage the indirect sales channel to achieve Materion growth objectives
- Identify, evaluate, sign and on-board new channel partners
- Stay in front of channel partners through regular site visits, timely responses to partner requests and by building strong personal relationships
- Conduct and or coordinate sales training and products demonstrations for channel partners
- Facilitate meetings, analyzing sales metrics, create action plans to drive revenue growth and NBO wins
- Manage and monitor key NBO pipeline with channel partners and KPI’s to ensure financial goals are achieved
