Channel Sales Manager
Current• Establish and execute appropriate strategies to leverage the indirect sales channel to achieve Materion growth objectives• Identify, evaluate, sign and on-board new channel partners• Stay in front of channel partners through regular site visits, timely responses to partner requests and by building strong personal relationships• Conduct and or coordinate sales training and products demonstrations for channel partners• Facilitate meetings, analyzing sales metrics, create action plans to drive revenue growth and NBO wins• Manage and monitor key NBO pipeline with channel partners and KPI’s to ensure financial goals are achieved• Track monthly activities and results. Prepare sales forecasts for management.• Prepare and deliver product presentations for both the distributor and their customers• Monitoring the competitive landscape• Growing new business opportunities and share gains• Documenting 3rd Party meetings and sales calls in CRM• Monthly sales reporting containing channel activities and results• Delivering presentations, pricing and promotional proposals• Joint account solicitation• Leading the Materion Marketing and Communications process at 3rd Party Channel Partners
