Complex Commodities & SystemsIn my now over 4 years at Raytheon, I have had responsibilities for:Complex Commodities & SystemsProgrammatic supply chain approaches and strategies, subcontract management source identification and development, requests for proposal preparation and issuance, "best value" source selection processes, subcontractor risk negotiations, subcontract development and purchase order placement, and administration of the supplier through program milestones & events - to completion of final deliveries. I have successfully worked with Pre-Award Services in the pursuit and capture of the larger programs awarded to Raytheon - Indianapolis in the past four years. I also was a key SCM contributor on the largest on-going subcontracted efforts- with two of the largest and most complex systems to be awarded to major subcontractors. Manager - Inter-Operational Transfers (IOT's)Responsible for Raytheon Indianapolis Inter-Operational Transfer (IOT) work authorization processes, and bringing the processes and organization into a true "full-up" Subcontract Management environment. Under my leadership, I had primary responsibilities for organizational growth and skills enhancement, and for establishing the IOT group at Indianapolis which is now considered a Raytheon "center of excellence" for IOT placement and management across multiple Company sites.I also was named, in addition to my IOT oversight duties, as the Sourcing and Procurement Site Lead for the total Supply Chain organization for Raytheon Indianapolis. In addition, I had Subcontracting Management oversight responsibility for a major Marine Corps warfighter support program - with over 800 suppliers -in the Eastern U.S. With IOT's and these added areas of responsibilities, I oversaw almost $150M in annual Supply Chain sales - with subcontracts, and IOT proposals, ranging from major cost-type and IDIQ's to Firm Fixed Price, Time & Material, and Agreements for Services.
