My name is Tom Herzmann, I have been in the real estate industry for 11 years now, all with Oakridge Real Estate. I really enjoy my time getting to know my clients and their families. I have resided in Cedar Falls since coming to UNI in the fall of 2001. We have loved the Cedar Valley so much that we decided to call it home. I also work with buyer’s, helping them find that house that they have always dreamed of living in that fits their needs and budget.
