The Rohi Foundation is a 501.c.3 dedicated to serving the economic and spiritual needs of the underprivileged in Reynosa, Mexico (on the US/Mexico border opposite McAllen, Texas).Rohi's areas of action: education, housing, clean drinking water, nutrition, ministry support and teaching self sustaining skills. Rohi introduces American families to the global mission field with 4-5 family trips each year - Spring Break, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Break.Our capital campaigns were focused on acquiring water well drilling & distribution equipment, school construction and job training. Highlight of accomplishments: two 250+ foot water wells were dug and put into operation along with more than 19,000 feet of distribution pipe - to serve hundreds of families with free, clean drinking water everyday; three schools have been constructed and all teacher and learning supplies provided for annually - hundreds of kids have now graduated.

Fluid Innovation is an enterprise SaaS solution developer in intellectual property services for automating and managing sophisticated asset transactions in Intellectual Property. Fluid counted dozens of the F500, Universities and equally important, individual inventors, as clients and supported the sale of more than $17.0 Million in technology transactions.Often, in these efforts, we surfaced compelling new inventions and innovations from our clients that we then acquired, incubated and commercialized. 2013 - Fluid launched product development of idealAsset - the "match.com for IP"; idealAsset launched commercially at DEMOFall 2013 in Silicon Valley (in < 9 months)2013 - Spun out Enlyton Search, where Enlyton raised a Series A institutional venture round.2014/2015 - closed numerous F500 and SME clients; renewed $500k/year OEM support agreement with F500 client.2016 - Fluid sold idealAsset and IPWire to Dominion Harbor in Dallas, TX.
